At Serenity Model High School, we believe that classroom learning is just one part of education — real understanding often comes when students step out into the world, observe, experience and explore. That is why our Field Trips & Excursions program is an integral part of our academic plan. We organize annual field trips, and every couple of years arrange excursions to places of historical, cultural, scenic or economic significance — giving students opportunities to learn beyond textbooks, broaden horizons, and build lasting memories.
These outings are carefully planned to balance fun, safety, and learning. Under the guidance of teachers and staff, students get to visit places like historical monuments, museums, natural sites, industrial units or cultural centers — depending on the academic goals and age group. Such excursions expose them to new ideas, stimulate curiosity, and help them understand real-world contexts. Through these experiences, students develop observational skills, social awareness, teamwork, and a deeper appreciation for their surroundings.
We see each trip as more than just a day out — it’s a chance to encourage responsibility, independence, empathy, and respect for heritage, environment, and society. Parents are kept informed and involved; safety, comfort, and proper supervision remain top priorities throughout every journey.
